I trained at the Gray Institute of Functional Biomechanics, completing an intensive mentorship in functional movement and human performance. This training, combined with deep study of fascial lines, allows me to see exactly how your body adapts, holds tension, and develops patterns over time.
Using this insight, I focus on restoring how your body should move - so results last. Every plan is personalised, built around you, your history, and how your body responds.
